Bismarck Library has an awesome FREE event featuring a make and take Lego set with a winter theme.
Join us on December 1st for a fun winter-themed LEGO ornament-making event. There will be five builds to choose from: a penguin, a Christmas tree, a micro-train, a reindeer, and a snowman. All LEGO bricks and instructions will be provided at this FREE event – one ornament per person. The Library is happy to provide supplies for the first 500 people to make their own LEGO ornament to take home with them.
This event is open to all ages. Children under age 10 must be accompanied by an adult. All LEGO events at the Library come with a recommendation of participation by children aged 5 and up. This is due to the size of the pieces, which could pose a choking hazard to young children. Parents may bring younger children at their discretion, but if children are participating, they need to be old enough to build their own ornaments, and caregivers will be expected to help children with their ornament-building. Library staff will be on hand to assist but will not be leading the building process.
